Returns Policy
You may return your products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any package that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

After receiving the unopened, undamaged package, including the refund form we will process a refund on your account within 30 days. We will not refund or pay the costst of the shipping.

If something is wrong with an order you placed with Freefloat™.net, we certainly want to help you.
All welds of your Freefloat™ carry a 14-day guarantee from the date of receipt. If your Freefloat™ is leaking through any weld you can claim a new Freefloat™. Freefloat™ is developed specially for the use of turntables. Freefloat™ is well tested and should easily handle an inside pressure of 250 mbar plus an extra weight on it of 25 KG. When normally inflated, orally or with a hand pump, you will not reach this pressure rate. Download the guarantee form and send it, together with BOTH you're Freefloats, and the address ticket on you're package, within 14 days after expected date of delivery, completely filled in to:

After we received the completely filled in form, both Freefloats and the original address ticket (including your ordering code) we will send you a new pair of Freefloats™. Shipment costs, with a maximum of the priority costs as we show in our shipment policy, will be compensated and refunded on your account.
Expected date of delivery
As we offer you different ways of shipping your orders, we calculate the end date of the 14 days guarantee period as follows: Expected date of delivery + 14 days.
You will find the expected date of delivery and the garanty expiring date in an email we'll send you as soon as the package has been shipped after we changed the status of your order in "SHIPPED".
This guarantee leaves unprejudiced the rights and claims that you may according the law.
